How this website discloses referral relationships and any affiliate links.
Current status
Partner introductions are temporarily paused and cannot currently be selected on the property enquiry form. Historically, two optional referral routes were offered: Open Property Group (Open Trading Limited) for a direct purchase discussion, and Higgins Drysdale Auctions (Higgins Drysdale Ltd) for an auction appraisal and possible auction sale. A seller must select a route and actively give the separate partner-introduction consent before MyFastOffer4U shares an enquiry through that route.
Where a consented Open Property Group referral completes a qualifying transaction, or a consented Higgins Drysdale Auctions referral completes an auction sale, MyFastOffer4U may receive a referral fee. An introduction does not guarantee an offer, auction sale, completion or other outcome.
Why this matters
We disclose affiliate or referral relationships so visitors understand when a commercial relationship may exist.
Our current role is to provide useful property information and review enquiries submitted directly through MyFastOffer4U. We are not making new partner introductions while the pause remains in effect. Historical referrals were subject to separate seller consent.
Editorial independence
We aim to keep disclosures visible and clear. Visitors should still review the suitability of any third-party service for their own situation.
